Our Refund Policy (The Nitty-Gritty)

Here are the details on how our returns work. The most important thing to know is you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

What's Eligible for a Return?

To be eligible for a return, your item needs to tick a few boxes:

  • The return must be started within 30 days of you receiving the order.

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.

  • All original packaging, boxes, and accessories must be included and in good condition.

  • The item wasn't marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase (unless it's faulty).

  • We'll ask you to put your photography skills to the test and provide a photo of your item so we can assess its condition before you send it back.

Ready to get the ball rolling? Just email us at hello@thenipperstore.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll reply with all the instructions. Please note that we can't accept items sent back to us without you contacting us first.

Something Not Right with Your Order?

If your item arrived defective, damaged, or you received the wrong thing, please contact us immediately so we can jump on it and make things right.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original product. Once we've accepted the return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once your return lands back with us, we'll inspect it and let you know if your refund is good to go. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a little time for your bank to process the refund, too.
